Located in Bentonville, it is easy to access the Crystal Bridges Museum, however, some amenities are lacking. The dining provides fresh seasonal fruits, and the facilities are well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they could use some updating, and the soundproofing was not the best as I could hear loud noises from the highway. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my reservation was correct. The location was very good as it was easy to reach the Crystal Bridges Museum, but the hotel lacked some amenities. Overall, the hotel provided a nice stay, but there are areas that could be improved.

I had a spacious room that gave me plenty of room, but unfortunately, I had to pay three times more than what I should have. It took an hour for the front desk guy to get to my room to check things out, which was quite frustrating. Moreover, my stay was marred by an infestation of ants in the room. However, the service was top-notch and truly as good as you will find. The staff was very willing, almost anxious, to go the 'extra mile. ' The location was excellent, being close to Crystal Bridges Museum, although the hotel came up short on some amenities.
